At 10 Minutes Mail, we believe privacy is a fundamental right. We do not track, log, or store your personal information, IP addresses, DNS queries, or browser user-agent strings. Since you do not create an account to use our temp mail generator, there is no database linking your identity to any temporary email address.
2. Volatile In-Memory Storage
All received emails and attachments metadata are stored temporarily in volatile memory (using Redis) for the duration of the countdown timer (default 10 minutes).
These emails are never written to physical hard disk drives. Once the countdown timer expires, the data is completely, permanently, and irrecoverably erased from our servers.
3. Security and Email Rendering
To protect your local machine from malware, viruses, and cross-site scripting (XSS), all HTML emails received by our temporary mail inboxes are rendered inside a sandboxed iframe. This prevents external tracking pixels and scripts from executing on your device.
4. Cookies and Web Analytics
We do not use tracking cookies or share user behavior profiles with advertisers. We may use standard local storage (`localStorage`) on your browser to keep track of your active email session, ensuring that if you accidentally close the page, you do not lose access to your current inbox.
5. Third-Party Advertisements
We may display clean, non-intrusive advertisements (such as Google AdSense) on our site to support operations. These ad providers may use anonymous cookies to serve relevant ads based on your visits to this website and other sites. You can choose to opt-out of personalized advertising through Google Ad settings.
